The Coconut Grove Arts Festival® is produced by the nonprofit, 501(c)(3), Coconut Grove Arts and Historical Association. Proceeds help fund year-round arts programs. The association also maintains the Gallery @ CGAF and presents special exhibitions throughout the year from its location at the Mayfair in the Grove. Since its inception in 1963, the association has awarded hundreds of scholarships to students who attend fine arts programs in local schools.
Typically more than 360 artists are showcased along the bay in Coconut Grove. From classic to eccentric, the Coconut Grove Arts Festival is an annual highlight for many South Floridians. The following are expected to participate as jurors: Doris I. Meltzer, Terry Kaplan, Cathy Allsman, Ph.D., Miguel Rodez, Michael Gray, and Pablo Cano.
There are also celebrity chef-led cooking demonstrations and tastings under the big white tent. More than 50 restaurants and gourmet vendor partners will be sampling at the CGAF.
