What makes Fox Ridge unique?
Built just before 2000, Fox Ridge separates itself from many of the newer developments within Parkland in that it contains a large variety in floorplans in a moderately sized community. With 28 varying floorplan designs in a community of only 276 homes, you never have to worry about your home looking just like your neighbors. Couple that with the large, spacious lot sizes and mature landscaping, the result is a very tranquil and beautiful community with plenty of privacy. Fox Ridge does not have some of the bells and whistles of some of the larger or newer area communities, choosing to utilize the available land mass on larger homesites instead of numerous communal areas. Fox Ridge does have a manned guardhouse, a lovely park area with a pavilion, well appointed playground and two tennis courts. Fox Ridge has a reputation for being exceptionally well maintained, and as a result the homes of Fox Ridge tend to hold value extremely well, with a per square foot price often surpassing neighboring communities of a similar age.
