MiraLago Parkland Cascata at Mira Lago, and Town Parc at Mira Lago

Mira Lago is a large scale, master planned community comprised of three separate developments, each with its own unique design, individual gated entrances, and amenity packages. The master planned community was designed and built by Lennar beginning in 2014, with construction still currently underway in Cascata, the last and final portion of the development.  The three communities are separate, yet adjacent to one another, and encompass property spanning from Hillsboro on the southern border, to Loxahatchee Road on the northern end. The large scale, magnificent main entrances for Cascata (single family homes) and Mira Lago (single family homes) are located directly across from one another on Nob Hill Road just north of Hillsboro, and both have outstanding water features ahead of beautifully structured guardhouses. Both community guardhouses are manned 24 hours a day, year round. Along Nob Hill Road, Cascata’s entrance is on the west side and Mira Lago on the east, and both communities have secondary back entrances as well. The two communities are joined internally as well, with an exceptionally designed pedestrian and golf cart access tunnel connecting the two main clubhouse and amenity areas.

Town Parc is the community of high end 3 and 4-bedroom townhomes and has a singular entrance located along Hillsboro Blvd., roughly a half mile west of University Drive.

Each of the three communities have their own on-site community amenities, including individual pool areas and each has an independent homeowners associations (as of the time of this writing, Cascata is still governed by Mira Lago’s board, which will continue until construction is completed and an independent board can be established). Additionally, residents are able to utilize the amenities within the three communities, which allows for an outstanding variety in top of the line community features for the residents and their guests to enjoy.  

The three Mira Lago communities are ideally situated for excellent commuting into Palm Beach County, with equal ease of access to the Sawgrass Expressway when heading south. Additionally, Parkland’s two main retail areas, as well as multiple religious and cultural centers are only a few minutes drive. Town Parc at Mira Lago is situated adjacent to Parklands’ brand new K-8 charter school, Somerset Parkland Academy, and Mira Lago is located alongside one of the few remaining vacant parcels of land in Broward county slated for a new high school in the coming years. Parkland’s three A rated elementary schools, as well as top ranked Westglades Middle and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High all have direct school bus access from Mira Lago as well and are each only a short drive away.
