The 5 Neighborhoods within Parkland Isles:

Bayside Estates is located in the north eastern section of Parkland Isles, and contains the largest homesites, at a minimum of 80’ x 130’, with some larger. The majority of the 155 luxury estate homes located within the Bayside Estates section are waterfront, and feature 7 different one- and two-story floorplans, containing from 4 to 6 bedrooms, and ranging in size from 2,813 to well over 4,000 square feet of living space.  

Crystal Key is located in the south western section of Parkland Isles, and offers 76 one- and two-story homes, in five distinctive 3 – 4 bedroom designs ranging in size from just under 2,000 to 2,550 square feet of living space. Crystal Key has an excellent price point within Parkland Isles, and is the perfect starter home for many families seeking close proximity to Parkland’s excellent schools.

Sunset Harbour is located in the north eastern section of Parkland Isles, and contains 117 single and two-story homes, in seven distinctive floorplans. Many homes within Sunset Harbour feature sizable waterfront lots, and homes range in size from just under 2,000 to 3,276 square feet under air.

Mystic Key is located central section of Parkland Isles, and contains 132 homes, 86 of which are waterfront. Mystic Key includes in five distinctive floorplans, ranging in size from just under 2,000 to 2,550 square feet. Like Crystal Key, Mystic Key also has an excellent price point, and is another great choice as a starter home for many families seeking close proximity to Parkland’s A rated schools.

Palm Harbour is located in the north eastern section of Parkland Isles, containing 108 homes, in seven distinctive home designs ranging in size from just under 2,000 to 3,276 square feet of living space. The sizable homesites at Palm Harbour start at a minimum of 70’×120′, and 63 of the homes are waterfront.

What makes Parkland Isles unique?

The geographical layout of Parkland Isles is an intelligent, well thought out design. The very attractive, well-lit main street winds through the community with wide sidewalks flanking both sides, and numerous waterfront pavilions along the way encourage pedestrians to stop and enjoy the breeze and the view. This community feels very self-contained, private and peaceful. Little bridges off of the main road lead to independent smaller subdivisions, each with their own unique sense of character. This is a very family friendly community, and is well spread out with plenty of room to stroll. The large number of homes lends itself to pricing of scale, enabling an extremely low monthly HOA as compared to many neighboring communities, while still providing all of the amenities of a newer community plus the benefit of a very comfortable, low density feel. Additionally, Parkland Isles is somewhat unique in that it offers a very wide range of price points and home sizes, varying from some number of smaller, more affordable homes, up to very sizable, luxury waterfront Estate homes. This variation results in a wonderfully diverse combination of younger families and well-established homeowners, potentially allowing first time buyers the ability to get into a starter home that may be unobtainable in other area developments.
